Founded in 1995, Point Property Group is the property development division of the Dodge Family Office.

Their developments range across all sectors from residential, commercial, retail to industrial. Point Property Group utilises a range of highly qualified consultants hand-selected for their suitability to the project at hand.

This allows Point to manage as many or as few developments as they consider appropriate, across any sector of real estate at any point in time. Point Property Group and all of its developments are wholly owned by the Dodge Family.
